A child at play in a neighborhood is commonplace. Perhaps
that is why the maintenance of our playgrounds on a whole
is not as highly regarded as say the landscaping, or the
uniformity of its homes.
All too often a playground will have
a major issue unbeknown to the owner. That is until there is
a series problem.
Your
playground will be audited by a Certified Playground Safety Inspector.
Upon completion you will receive an inventory and an audit of the
equipment in accordance to the American Society for Testing and
Materials F1487 (ASTM), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and
the United States Consumer Product Safety Commissions (CPSC).
What is a CSPI?
CPSI
stands for "Certified Playground Safety Inspector". It is the
certification offered by the National Recreation and Park Association,
through the National Playground Safety Institute. CPSI's are certified
to inspect Playgrounds for safety issues; making sure that each
playground they inspect is up to current national standards, developed
by the ASTM and CPSC.
